Our goal is to make your trip to the dentist as easy and stress-free as possible. Many patients avoid visiting the dentist out of fear, anxiety and financial concerns. We will work with you to maximize your dental insurance benefits when possible and offer payment arrangements for qualified patients.
We accept cash, checks, flexible spending accounts, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx). Payment is due at the time your dental treatment is administered.
Many of our patients have dental insurance. As a courtesy, we will complete your dental insurance claim forms and submit them electronically for you. Your insurance carrier will send a check to your house for all covered procedures. We ask all patients to pay for the cost of your treatment or procedure in full at the time of your visit. Most patients tell us they receive reimbursement from their dental insurance provider within 7-10 days of our office filing for benefits.
If you do not have dental insurance or if your insurance company does not cover the entire cost of your procedure, we may be able to offer you a payment schedule or financing option. Our office staff is happy to provide the details.
For complete treatment plans, financial arrangements can be made prior to starting any dental treatment. We do offer payment plans to qualified patients. Please inquire at our front desk for these payment options.
