Way beyond my expectations. Far better experience than any other dentist office I’ve ever been to before. All of the staff is so friendly and Dr. Lynn really put me at ease. They walk you through everything to expect and allow you to ask questions along the way. Just had two fillings done for the first time and I had been nervous, but Dr. Lynn did an incredible job and there wasn’t even a hint of discomfort throughout the process. They make new patients feel so welcome. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve had the best experience with West Ashley Family Dentistry the past few years. I have extreme dental anxiety so finding a dentist that I’ve wanted to see has been a challenge most of my life. Dr. Lynn always makes sure I know what to expect and is extremely considerate of my dental fears. Both she and the staff are kind and accommodating, and I feel like she is very knowledgeable in her field. When I’ve had to get work done by specialists, she has always referred me to the best to make sure I am getting quality work done and am taken care of. My hygienist is fantastic as well and makes cleanings something that I almost enjoy once I get past my fears. 🙂 Since they are not in network for me, I choose to pay a little bit more, but it’s worth it to have a good experience and know I’m going to someone I can trust.

Both my wife and I receive our dental care here and it is nothing short of outstanding. The front desk staff are always very friendly and have been helpful and patient when we changed insurance carriers. They have a very helpful reminder service so we never lapse on our visits. I’ve had to call and re-schedule a couple times and it has never been a problem. I can honestly say that we feel like family here. We’re greeted by name and the staff take great care of us; don’t ever push unnecessary procedures but are very upfront with our care. Highly recommend West Ashley Family Dentistry!
